ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Each author is requested to submit an abstract of about 100 words in English not later than April 6th, 2008. The abstract will be used only for the evaluation and will not be published.  

The following are the abstract guidelines :

The title is written in bold, Times New Roman 16, Centred

Authors are cited in Times New Roman 12, centred: Author xxx 1* , Author yyy 2

*Corresponding author: e-mail address, phone, fax in Times New Roman 12, centred.

There must be one blank line between the title, the author's names and their affiliation and two blank lines between the affiliation and the beginning of the body text without any punctuation mark at the end of these lines. The name of the presenting author have to be underlined.

The body text of the abstract has to be written in Times New Roman 12 and justified. Please make sure to fulfill the following margins: left 30 mm , text 15 cm .

Mandatory: No figures, images or photos have to be included.

Footnotes: preference for oral or poster presentation, topic(s), address if a young researcher is the presenting author.

The abstract has to be sent as an attached file to: EL2008@frascati.enea.it. After submission, each abstract will receive a reference number, which should be quoted in all further correspondence. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author of the abstract. Upon acceptance of the abstract, the author has to prepare a camera ready extended abstract to be published in the conference Proceedings.

Each author after having received the acceptance e.mail, has to prepare an extended abstract not later than June 28, 2008.

 

EXTENDED ABSTRACT TEMPLATE

The extended abstract has to be submitted as a camera ready file in word or PDF as attach to the e-mail:frascati.en

The following are the extended abstract guidelines

  The file should be formatted in A4-sized page. The length of the paper should be four pages in two columns (more pages may be accepted for special motivated cases)

The paper, in English, should include the following items:

Paper title

The title should be written in Bold, Times New Romans 14, centered

Name of all authors with their affiliation

The names of authors should be written in Times New Romans 10, centered. The affiliations in Times New Romans 10, centered.

The presenting author should be underlined and the e.mail addresses of corresponding author and presenting author should be written on the bottom of the left column of the 1 st page.

Abstract

The abstract should be written in Times New Romans 10, justified.

Each paper has to include an abstract not exceeding 100 words.

Keywords

The keywords, no more than five, should be written in Bold, Times New Romans 10, justified.

Text

The text of the paper should be written in two columns, Times New Romans 10. The paper should contain a background and objectives, experimental details, original results including tables and figures, conclusions and references.

References

A References section should follow the text. References should be listed in the order in which they appear in the paper. Complete information is essential. References should contain the full list of authors.
